Booking Terms & Conditions. Please take time to read are salon policy. * No Show Policy - We value your time & ours so please let us know if you cant attend. MIssed appointments will be charged the full fee of your appointment. * Cancellation policy - we understand that things crop up but we kindly ask to try to give us 24 hours notice for cancellations & we require 48hrs notice for appointments that are 2 hours and over to allow us to fill the appointment - less than 24/48 hours may incur a 50% of your appointment charge. * Late Policy - We understand things can make you run late but if you are more than 15 mins late we may need to reschedule or shorten your appointment to help us stay on schedule & not to impact our next clients appointment time. * Move Appointment Policy - we are happy with you moving your appointment, this can be done up to 48 hours beore your appointment but please note excessive moving of appointments on a regular basis may result in you being declined future appointment requests.
